10.25 feet… (Summer Conditions)
The greens are strong and holding up to our busy summer schedule. We are well into summer conditions with greens running consistently between 10.0 feet and 10.5 feet on the stimpmeter. The Club has determined that this speed suits the majority of our membership, while maintaining a good pace of play on the course. From this point on, any changes in the speed will be weather related. Rains or heavy irrigation can soften the greens which will make them slower. During times of extreme heat and drought, mower heights may be adjusted, which can also alter the green speed. The best indicator for daily course green speed will always be the practice putting green.
Best place to start your game, hit a few balls at the Practice Facility and roll a few balls on the putting green.
