Way to go Darlene and Lynn. Darlene won the Robert Johnston tournament by retrogression this week. Watch out Club Championship...Darlene is playing lights out lately!
Next week is our Survivor Game and for added fun we will also have two closest to the pins and two longest drives.
The July 14th Four Ball Better Ball was canceled because of inclement weather and will be played on Tuesday, August 25th. We will be proceeding with the luncheon on that day. Although we try to maintain one luncheon a month, the kitchen graciously allowed us to cancel at the very last minute on the 14th and at that time, we committed to the August 25th luncheon. Just so you know, you can look forward to a surprise dessert!
Club Championship is approximately 2 weeks away...so don't forget to sign up as soon as possible. If you are too nervous to play, we can recommend beverages that will calm your nerves and help you get through it. Some of us are experts at it, right Louise, Tania, Lesley, Nancy Wilson and Nancy Williams...?..and by the way, we are looking for volunteers on that weekend. Please contact myself or Debbie as soon as possible if you can help out!
