Ciao Golf Sorelle:

A few more Rhinestone Cowgirls to join us on Tuesday, June 14th.
You’re in for a rootin’ tootin’ time of fun and games out on the Range!
It’s not too late to don your cowgirl hats & spurs for shootin’ birdies, huntin’ eagles and hookin’ up with the new sheriff in town!
Afterwards, we’ll meet at the watering hole for some good old fashioned refreshments and “grub”.
Don’t be caught “puttin” things off…SIGN UP NOW!!
YEE HAW !!!
AND TO OUR WINNERS THIS YEAR TO DATE ….
Congrats to June Starkey, Kathy Moore, Biddy Kraft and Del Craven for their win at Ladies Opening (net score 58).
And to the three ladies tied for first, in the Art of Putting tournie, with only 30 putts !!! – Janet Sutherland, Claudia Jaecklein and Melissa Norton.
TEAM PLAY LEAGUE
Ladies – we are still experiencing players stranded after 9 holes, who are continuing on to play 18. If you know ahead of time that you are only going to play 9, please play between 7 – 7:45 am or after 10am. You can sign up ahead of time using the ballot system as a single, twosome or threesome.
AND SOME UPDATES BASED ON QUESTIONS THAT HAVE BEEN ASKED …
For the ‘Play it Your Way’ games this year you can sign up as a single, double, or threesome. If you sign up as a single, it will be treated exactly the same way as our other events, in that you will be put with two other players by the Pro Shop.
Ladies may play 18 starting before 7:45 am on Tuesdays as long as there is not a 9am shotgun scheduled. This includes playing in the tournament that is scheduled for that day – but you will need to play in a group of at least a twosome.
Please be sure to look at the videos that are available. They will certainly help with some of the most common queries we perform. To access them - after you login, you will be on the Member Central page. Scroll down and on the right side, below your name, there is a ‘News’ section that includes Tee Times Training ~ GGGolf. Click on this and you will have access to videos on the Golf Calendar, Booking a Tee Time, Entering a Score and Ballot Requests. There is also a pdf that explains all of the buttons and what they do.
One item that is not covered is how to see the names of people that have signed up for an event.
Here is how.
- Click on Calendar/Tee times.
- On the menu on the left side of the page below your name and handicap, click on Tournaments.
- Click on Tournament Schedule (first option).
- A listing of the tournaments should pop up and there are little blue icons on the left of each tournament name.
- Click on the blue icon of the tournament you are interested in and it will pop up all of the names of those that have signed up.
- Hit Control F and type in the person’s name that you are looking for and they will be highlighted in blue on the screen.
Also, if you would like a summary of the tournaments that you have already signed up for – or the ones that are now available for signup, you can click on one of the two options below Tournament Schedule - Tournaments Available for Sign-up or Confirmed Tournament Sign-ups .
As always, if you have any questions or suggestions, feel free to contact us at :
