We are proud of our Executive Chef Juliette Gladiator and her passion and commitment in the creation of exciting menu items to delight your senses. Juliette's passion for cooking began when she worked for Michelin-starred award-winning chef David Adlard in his namesake restaurant in Norwich, England. Growing from that position, Juliette fostered her entrepreneurial spirit when then she co-owned and operated a four-hundred year old pub in Norwich city's center. There, she enchanted her customers with traditional French and English cuisine while she received formal training at Norwich City College and Hotel School as a professional chef.
