Reviewing the 3Rs ~ Replacing Divots

All members should take the opportunity to watch a wonderful video on replacing fairway divots, staring Trevor & Dean.

Divot replacement is the #1 rule in repair! Divot bottles with mix can assist with the repair, but should not be substituted if the divot is found & replaceable. If the divot is replace properly, little to no mix is required. Full divot bottle assisting with these repairs, should last a min. 9 holes of play.

Please remember, the turf department repairs all divots on tees daily so no repair is required by the membership. Also, turf staff will monitor fairways weekly through the season as some repaired divots will die due to heat & drying out. These will be replaced with divot mix.

Happy Divoting!!
