Many members have started to enjoy this week however the weather has certainly been a challenge with colder than normal temperatures. We have stopped cutting grass (especially greens) for this reason, it’s too cold and the grass is not growing. Warmer temperatures are coming which should be the start of some well needed growing conditions.
The golf course construction project should wrap up by next with some final sodding and cart path work at #14 tee.
With the forecast of the warmer weather next week, we anticipate a lot of our members to be out playing the course on a regular basis very soon.
